When it Comes to Consumption We Have A Choice.

Pure entertainment is wonderful. We all need the joy of diversion.
Remember movie night with friends at the multiplex, the stolen taste of salt and butter from your buddy’s unguarded popcorn bag?
When we watch, read, and listen to media, we can either take it in for pure entertainment or we can take it in to use it for fuel.
The problem in modern culture is there is so much to be consumed. Almost no matter where we look something is sending us a message. It’s all very tempting, considering there are so many wonderful ways to take in all that lovely information.
But What If You Consumed For Creation?
- What if each consumption was to make something greater?
- What if it was all fuel for future fires?
- What if you knew that everything you took in was going to be processed and potentially used as a synthesis?
- What if it all had a deeper, long-term purpose?
Your next Netflix binge could be both entertaining and enlightening.
As creators, we have the opportunity to transform ourselves. A posture as a producer gives consumption a whole new life.
So, come along with me. I’ll bring the popcorn.
